(TCM, U.S. subsidiary held by Xihua since 2022) was founded in January 2003 with a vision to become the most trusted partner to innovative small- and mid-sized pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in their medical product development. TCM has grown over the years, now operating both in the US and China enabling us to provide our clients with longer service coverage hours extending around the globe. Since joining Shanghai Xihua Scientific Co., Ltd., one of the largest CROs in China, TCM has expanded our scope of services and strengthened our resource base.
